Established on 28 February 2005, Castrol Dongfeng Lubricants Co., Ltd. (“DFC”) is a Sino-foreign joint venture, located in Wuhan Economic &Technology Development Zone and invested by Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Dongfeng Automobile Stock Co., Ltd. and BP Global Investments Limited.
东风嘉实多油品有限公司注册资金为捌仟万元人民币。其中东风汽车公司占合资公司股比20%；东风汽车股份有限公司占合资公司股比30%；英国BP环球投资有限公司占合资公司股比50%。
The registered capital of DFC is RMB80 million, of which Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Dongfeng Automobile Stock Co., Ltd. and BP Global Investments Limited have taken equity stakes of 20%, 30% and 50% respectively.
东风嘉实多油品有限公司经营范围：生产销售发动机系统保护液等车用化工产品；生产、调配、灌装、销售车用润滑油；研究开发环保石油产品；提供产品售后服务及产品技术服务。合资公司投入运营后保护液产品有20000吨的生产能力、10000吨的灌装能力；润滑油有30000吨的生产能力。
DFC’s main business scope includes production and sales of chemical products for automobile (i.e. engine system protecting liquids); production, toll blending and decanting of auto-lubes; research and development of environmental friendly petro-chemical products; and providing post-sales services and technology support. The production capacity of antifreeze is 20,000 tons per annum with an annual decanting capacity of 10,000 tons and the lubricants production capacity is 30,000 tons per annum.
